MEMBERSHIPS

In order to play for the club, every player has to pay an annual membership. This financial contribution is essential for the club's prosperity as well as the player's safety at training and during the official matches. 

THE MEMBERSHIP PAYS FOR:

  • Pitch rental (Trainings + home games in Barnes)

  • Player insurance

  • RFU and Middlesex RFU fees

  • Referee Fee

  • Contribution to the main social events (i.e. Annual London French Ball)

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

  • Full-season membership - £180
     

  • Half-season membership (after Jan)  - £100
     

  • Student/Unemployed membership - £90

Please note that having a membership is mandatory to play as it is the only way to be insured by the RFU.


In other words: NO MEMBERSHIP = NO RUGBY !

HOW TO PAY

  1. Ask Jonathan and/or Stephane directly at training and they will tell you how to pay for your membership.

  2. Send an email to rugby@londonfrenchrfc.com to get the club's bank details.

  3. Pay online -  Available soon!

ONCE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED

We ask all the players to email rugby@londonfrenchrfc.com and Julien (jmasselot@gmail.com) once the payment has been made as this is essential to keep the club's account accurate. Make sure that the email subject follows the following format: SURNAME + SUBS23 (ex: LUROT SUBS23). We look forward to having your support and commitment this season once again and having fun all together at this year's social events.

 

PLAYER REGISTRATION

To comply with the RFU regulations and be able to play in the league fixtures the players will also need to send the club the following documents:

  1. Completed RFU player registration form : download here

  2. Copy of passport photo page for all players born outside UK

  3. Copy of working visa for players from outside the EU

 

Players are not allowed to play in official fixtures if they have not completed and sent the documents mentioned above and paid for their memberships. Please make every effort to complete your full registration as quickly as possible!
